Complete Gutter Replacements & Repairs

There are a lot of gutter companies out there, we make sure that the gutters we install are done correctly. An example, we inspect the metal flashing from the roof (drip edge) is present and properly installed to ensure water doesn't get behind the gutters. We make sure there is a slope on each gutter section to make sure the water is always running to the downspouts. We always use large 3x4 downspouts, anything smaller isn't sufficient for our weather and of course our gutters are aluminum & seamless.

When it comes to painting the exterior of your home, our process includes pressure washing the exterior of your home, caulking around all the exterior windows, repair damaged siding, caulk any gaps, holes or imperfections on the siding. This other company says "they will waive my deductible"

Most commonly, insurance providers prefer for the insured to pay their deductible upfront with the contractor, who is also legally required in many states to collect the deductible, before the insurance company will pay their portion. Any contractor waiving a deductible will more than likely be making up that loss in material and or workmanship.

Do I have to replace gutters and downspouts?

As long as they are in good shape and are not in need of fixing or replacing then we can work around them.

They said they will "replace chimney flashing at no charge"

Some companies say they will replace the chimney flashing. Without you being up there and viewing it first hand, it's difficult to know for sure. Replacing chimney flashing takes skill and is easily passed off as replaced after the roofer does some caulking and painting. Request chimney flashing be replaced and have them provide pictures.
